ERICH BAGEN

Erich brings over 25 years of experience in both the philanthropy field and private sector, and a passion for transforming healthcare heightened from his own involvement as a caregiver and advocate for a parent with Lewy Body Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease. Erich’s experience includes Strategy Officer at the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation where he worked to create the Patient Care Program, and Program Officer at the Tiger Foundation, where he oversaw a portfolio of grants focused on education, job training, and social services. Prior to strategic philanthropy, Erich was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, Director of Finance for a healthcare software start-up, and worked in venture capital and investment banking.
Erich holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Chicago. He sits on the board of the Joyce Ivy Foundation.
